There are four broad options to get a written agreement signed:

Touring Agreement: this is a scaled down version of the Buyer Representation Agreement to start the touring process.
- Real is in the process of building Touring Agreements that are compliant in each State.
- Non-Exclusive State/Local Showing Agreement: an agreement that establishes the buyer-agent relationship without exclusivity.
- Adjusted Scope Buyer Representation Agreement: - typically, this adjusts the scope to make it easier for the buyer to agree to a specific situation
- Buyer Representation Agreement: - the full agreement
