My State doesn’t explicitly prohibit me from decoupling compensation. As a Real Agent, what do I do?

As a Brokerage, our policy is to fully move away from broker to broker compensation. . We believe overtime, we will move to a place of full decoupling of buyer and seller compensation. 

However, we are aware some States have not fully implemented this policy. We encourage all Real Agents to move toward complete decoupling of compensation, but if you may continue to use forms provided by your State, where applicable.
