Real Select is a program where agents who are taking a step back from Real Estate can remain at Real as a referral-only agent.  This allows agents who are retiring, pursuing other career goals, or taking a step back from Real Estate for any reason to refer business to other agents in exchange for a referral fee.

As a Referral-Only agent, you're able to:

• Keep your license active at Real without paying boards & MLS dues
• Continue to attract & sponsor agents and participate in Revenue Share
• Make money via referrals
