Real Select agents enjoy the same great benefits of our Agent Plan:
- 85/15 commission split
- No monthly fees
- $249 sign-up fee ($249 CAD)
- $750 ($1,200 CAD) annual brokerage fee, paid from first 3 transactions per anniversary year
- A $40 CBR fee, which covers broker review and processing will be assessed on every transaction the company processes.
Note: As of September 1st, 2026, the US CBR fee will change to $50 per transaction and the US Brokerage fee will change to $300 on your first 3 transactions of each anniversary year.

Who is responsible for paying the license transfer fee?
- The agent will be responsible for any license transfer fees the same as when they join a new brokerage.
Will I have a cap as a Referral-Only Agent and what are the Splits?
- Yes, the compensation plan for a Referral-Only agent is the same as a standard, individual agent. You will have a $12,000 Cap ($15,000 CAD) with an 85/15% split until you Cap.
Will I need to pay the $250 application fee?
- If you have submitted an application to join Real and are in the process of being Onboarded - you will need to pay the $250 application fee, to join Real and transfer your license as either a Referral Only Agent or standard Agent
- If you are already an Agent at Real, and would like to transition to the Referral Only program - you will not need to pay the $250 application to Join Real, since your license has already been transferred and are already part of the Real community!
