If you try to view a signed document in Real Signature and get an error message: "You do not have permission to view the app," try logging into reZEN and trying to open the document again.
This error is typically caused when an agent (the sender of the document) lists themselves as the signee of the document. When this happens, you will receive two emails when the document is signed:
- The first email is sent to the Agent/Sender.
- The subject line will be "Document Signed"
- You will be required to login to your Real Signature Account to view the document.
- The second email is sent to all signees.
- The subject line is "✅ Signed:" and the name of the document
- You can view this without logging in - we allow all signers to view the document as a guest.
