Real does not currently have an official Commercial Division. We are being intentional about building it the right way, and are hopeful we can launch later this year, but will not move forward until the right leadership, expertise, and operational foundation are in place.
In the meantime, commercial agents are welcome to work on our residential platform under the same splits and fee structure available to all agents. Real does not provide commercial-specific tooling at this time. When an official Commercial Division launches, we will communicate full details to all agents.
