If you have a list of items on a form and you want to make sure your customer selects at least one of those items (in the group), you should use the select at least one feature in Real Signature.
A common example is on the disclosure document:
- let's say your board lists possible water supplies.
- You want your client to select at least one of these items - even it's unknown or other.
Step 1: Start by grouping the checkboxes. Drag your cursor over all the checkboxes, then click Form a Group on the right side.
Step 2: Click any of the grouped checkboxes. On the right side, check "Select at least one." Double check to make sure all the checkboxes in the group are listed.
- PRO TIP: To make this step easier, consider naming each check box with the item it corresponds to in the form.
That's it! You're done. Now, when your customer is filling out the form, they will evaluate the water supply options as one group and will be required to select one of the water supply options.
