What is the difference between Radio and Checkbox? – Real

Use Radio when you need to select exactly one item from many options.

For example, when selecting the legal description of the property property. It is EITHER single family home OR condominium OR Duplex. Radio should be used to select one of these options.

Use a checkbox when you can select many options (all that apply).

For example: if multiple addendums are required for a purchase agreement, use Checkbox to select all that apply.
