Mention @Broker Team or @Transaction Team in reZEN

• If you need to communicate with your Broker, type @ Broker Team in reZEN. This will send a notification to all Brokers in your region to review your comment. Type @ Broker Team for any questions about compliance or checklist items. 
• If you need to communicate with Real's Transactions Team, type @ Transactions Team in reZEN. This will send an alert to all members of the Transactions Team for your region. Type @ Transactions Team for any questions about getting paid on a transaction. 

Step-by-Step instructions:

Step 1: Open reZEN and click on your transaction. 

Step 2: Click Comments on the transaction. 

Step 3: Type your comment. If you need your Broker or the Transactions Team to respond, type @Broker Team or @Transactions Team to notify them.
