One Team Lead	Co-Leads
Team Leaders are automatically added to all transactions created for a team Team Leader receives a set commission split.	Both team leaders are automatically added to all transactions created for a team. Both team leads receive a set commission split (by default the team leads split this 50/50) Team members / leads can adjust the splits on each transaction, if needed.

Want to update your team?

Contact Support@TheRealBrokerage.com and request a co-lead to be added.

Please note: if you change to a co-lead during your cap cycle and were previously paying the Elite Agent fee (because your team lead capped), you will continue to pay the Elite Agent fee until your cap resets.
