How Do I Update My Tax Information with REAL? - CAD

If you need to update your tax information, login to reZEN, go to your profile, then scroll to the Personal Tax IDs section of reZEN. 

• Click Show to see your Social Insurance Number (SIN). Make sure this is correct. 
• If your SIN is missing, click + Add - this is a required field.
• If your SIN is incorrect, click Edit to enter the correct information. 
• Enter your HST/GST/PST number in all fields (GST, HST, PST, QST)

How to change your tax information (desktop):

Step 1: Login to reZEN. If you don't see your profile, click My Dashboard on the left side. Then, click the Overview tab. 

Step 2: Scroll down to the Personal Tax IDs and Business Entity Tax Ids section. 

Step 3: Confirm your Personal Tax ID information is correct. 

• Click Show to see your Social Insurance Number (SIN). Make sure this is correct. 
• If your SIN is missing, click + Add - this is a required field.
• If your SIN is incorrect, click Edit to enter the correct information. 
• Enter your HST/GST/PST number in all fields (GST, HST, PST, QST)

If you want to be paid as a corporation...you must also enter your business entity name and business number (BN). Click +Add to add information or Edit to edit this information.

How to change your tax information in-app (mobile):

Step 1: Login to the Real reZEN app on your phone. Click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the bottom right corner. Then, click See Profile and scroll down to click on Tax Information.

Step 2: click the pencil icon next to personal tax ids. This will open a module to enter your Social Insurance (SIN) number and GST/HST/PST number (you can enter the same number for every field). Then, click Save.

If you want to be paid as a PREC / Corporation, you will also need to click the pencil icon next to Business Entity Tax IDs and enter the information for your business. See more: How do I add/edit my PREC / Corporation information in reZEN?

Step 3: Back in your profile (click the three lines in bottom right corner, then click See Profile), scroll down and click on Payments (Tipalti).
