Where Can I Find My T4A(s)?

You can download your T4A directly in reZEN. 

Step 1: Login to reZEN. Click My Dashboard on the left side, then click the Overview tab. 

Step 2: Scroll down to the Tax Forms section and click Review to open your T4A. 

• If your T4A is not immediately visible, it’s likely you haven’t entered your SIN, GST ID#s, or your business entity tax IDs. Click here to see how to update your tax information.
• Click the drop-down to select the correct tax year (by default the latest year available is selected).
• If you are licensed in multiple provinces, you will see a T4A for each province. 

Step 3: Review the information in the module. We provide a breakdown that includes: Total Net Commission, Total Rev. Share Paid, and Total Equity Contribution. If everything looks correct, click View PDF to save/print a copy for your records.
