If you have any issues with your 1099, please report it immediately so we can review it and, if applicable, get it corrected for you ASAP.
Log into your account on your app or online at bolt.therealbrokerage.com:
Once logged into your account, click on My Dashboard and select Tax & Payout Settings.
Next, select the year for which you are looking for your tax documents and click Review.
A window will open showing the income breakdown that is on your current 1099. If you believe there is an issue with the calculations, click Report a 1099-NEC Issue. Please include a detailed description of the issue you are reporting so our support team can look into the issue further and make any necessary corrections.
Then, click Send Email.
Upon receipt of your email, support may ask you to provide some backup documentation and then they will escalate this to the accounting team to review and report back their findings.
