Where should I submit feedback or support requests during the Beta?
All support requests, errors, and feedback must be posted in the dedicated WorkVivo Space: https://onereal.workvivo.us/spaces/139391.Make sure you’re logged into Workvivo by logging into reZEN and clicking the Workvivo icon on the left sidebar - then, try the link again! Please note that standard Real Support channels do not service Beta products.
Can I customize my notification settings?
Yes. You can configure notification types and delivery methods in the notification settings menu by clicking on your photo in the bottom left corner and selecting Notifications.
How do I access my Leo email address?
Beta users are assigned a Leo email address automatically. Upon logging into AiRM, a notification will appear introducing this new communication channel.
How do I deactivate my AiRM account?
You can pause Leo and disconnect your CRM. This is essentially the way to deactivate your account.
What is the first step after logging in?
Connect your CRM or upload a CSV file to import your leads. Leo will automatically process these leads and initiate outreach. Once a client responds, the interaction will appear in your Conversation Panel.
Key Operational Details:
- To maintain quality control, Leo is currently limited to sending a few hundred messages per day per account. All messages undergo human review.
- Messaging occurs between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Please note that timestamps reflect when a message was generated, not necessarily when it was delivered.
How does the Conversation Panel function?
The panel displays all qualified leads imported via CRM or CSV. It serves as your hub for monitoring active conversations as Leo engages with your contacts.
Can I add individual contacts directly to the Conversation Panel?
No. Leads must be added via CSV upload or CRM integration. Direct manual entry within the panel is a feature currently in development.
Communication Channels
Client Engagement & Experience
What is the client’s experience when interacting with Leo?
Clients land on a personalized chat page displaying property details and maps. All interactions flow back to your Conversation Panel. Critically, the page is branded to you, ensuring all client actions remain tied to your account.
Where do a client’s saved homes appear?
In the Saved Homes section of that conversation.
Can I pause Leo's automated responses?
Yes. You can pause or resume Leo for individual conversations via the button in the top right of the chat, or disable the service globally with a single click.
How do I manage property tours?
Confirmed tours are listed in the Tours tab. You can modify times or responses directly within the conversation. If a buyer books on a property other than your listing, you remain the buyer's agent by default.
Why doesn’t a tour show up in the Tours tab right away?
Until the buyer confirms, it shows as "response requested" and lives in the tour conversation. Only confirmed tours move to the Tours tab.
Does Leo integrate with my external calendar?
Calendar integration is planned for the post-Beta phase. Currently, Leo will alert you via email and text when a client requires a tour response or direct assistance.
What if a buyer books a tour on a different property than the one I listed? The agent becomes the buyer's agent by default and receives the scheduled tour request.
Analytics & Listings
What insights does AiRM provide?
The Insights section tracks engagement metrics such as your busiest activity days, top-performing homes (based on clicks and conversation volume), time spent per property, and client sentiment analysis.
What does “busiest day” mean? It reflects when the most activity happened - i.e., how many people had a conversation with Leo through your unique URL / slug on a given day. The busiest day is calculated from that conversation volume.
What are “top homes”? Top homes are ranked by engagement - how many buyers actually opened and talked about each property you shared (actual opens/clicks). You can also see how much time buyers spent on each property, plus likes and photo views.
How do I add and share listings?
Listings are pulled from the MLS via address or MLS number. Listings already entered in reZEN sync automatically. Each listing generates a unique URL that you can customize with a personal slug.
What happens when a client clicks a listing link?
The link initiates a conversation via SMS (on mobile) or email (on web). Once the client sends a message, it appears in your AiRM Conversation Panel.
Is SMS functionality available for new agents?
SMS is only available if you have already been onboarded with a dedicated Leo phone number. For all other new agents, SMS capabilities are being rolled out incrementally.
CRM Integrations
Which CRMs are compatible with Leo?
Lofty and Follow Up Boss are currently supported. Sierra (Activate CRM) is presently in testing. For other systems, you may manually upload a .CSV file.
Can Leo respond to third-party leads automatically?
Yes, provided your CRM is synced. You may also use the Leo API for direct lead entry; contact us for technical details in the dedicated WorkVivo Space: https://onereal.workvivo.us/spaces/139391.Make sure you’re logged into Workvivo by logging into reZEN and clicking the Workvivo icon on the left sidebar - then, try the link again!
Can I filter which contact stages sync to Leo?
Not at this time. All synced contacts are treated as active leads. Filtering by lead stage (e.g., Hot, Cold, Nurture) is a requested feature for future updates.
Account & Profile Management
How do I manage my name and Leo's personality?
You can update your customer facing name and Leo’s personality in the Profile/Settings section. If no customer facing name is set, the system defaults to your reZEN legal name. Note that Leo will adapt the chosen personality to fit specific client scenarios.
Can I manually add markets or counties to my profile?
Yes, as long as they fall within areas where you hold a license. This can be changed both through your reZEN profile and your Leo 2.0 settings.
Can I change my HeyLeo phone number?
No, phone numbers are system-generated and cannot be modified.
Can I change my account handle or URL slug?
Yes, handles can be updated based on availability. Note that changing your handle will replace your current Leo email; previous addresses will become inactive and messages sent to them will bounce.
Do new agents receive a HeyLeo phone number immediately?
Initially, new agents are provided with an email channel only. Agents from the early Beta phase will retain their numbers, and a broader rollout of phone numbers will resume shortly.
Can I integrate Leo into my own IDX website?
Direct IDX integration is not available yet. However, you can add your AiRM email address to your website to allow clients to initiate interactions with Leo.
Product Scope & Future Plans
Is Real integrating ChatGPT into the MLS?
No. The AI suite is accessed through HeyLeo and AiRM, which is separate from MLS platforms like Stellar.
