Setting up Leo 2.0 takes just a few clicks through the AiRM Portal. During setup, you will claim your unique digital footprint and customize how Leo interacts with your clients.

Step 1: Claim Your URL & Email

  • Secure your custom client portal link (e.g., [heyleo.com/your-name](https://heyleo.com/your-name)).
  • Establish your dedicated Leo email address (e.g., your-name@heyleo.com). Leo uses this email address to auto-communicate with leads directly on your behalf.

Step 2: Define Your Markets & Profile

  • My Markets: Input your target ZIP codes, cities, or counties so Leo knows exactly where to search for property matches.
  • Profile & Bio: Upload your headshot and paste your professional bio. This information syncs instantly across Rezen, OneReal, and HeyLeo.com.

Step 3: Fine-Tune Leo's Personality

Match Leo's tone to your personal brand using five distinct behavioral sliders:

  • Formality: Professional, Polished, Friendly, Casual, Playful
  • Emotional Availability: Direct, Cordial, Balanced, Warm, Caring
  • Energy: Low-key, Relaxed, Upbeat, Lively, Amped
  • Word Count: One-liner, Brief, Balanced, Detailed, Thorough

💡 Tip: A live preview window updates in real-time as you move the sliders, showing exactly how Leo will phrase new search matches, showing confirmations, and new listing alerts.
