What is One Real Community?

One Real Community is a separate space where agents can host their own live sessions and masterminds. It’s powered by the Real Academy team but is designed to be agent-led and flexible.

How do I host a Mastermind?

If you want to run your own Mastermind, just reach out to the Real Academy Team. They’ll help you get it listed on community.onereal.com. You set the topic, time, and format—you’re fully in control.

How is a Mastermind different from a Masterclass?

Here’s the difference:

• Masterminds are entirely yours. You schedule it, run it, and promote it. Masterminds are not eligible for Cultural Stock.
• Masterclasses are official content. They're reviewed, supported, and published by the Academy Team. They require specific standards and are part of the Cultural Stock program.

If you want visibility, credibility, and stock—Masterclasses are the way to go.If you want flexibility and control—Masterminds are a great way to build your brand and lead informal discussions.

Suggestion, start with a mastermind inside of One Real Community and build your audience and then launch a masterclass.
