What is One Real Community?
One Real Community (ORC) is a separate space created for agents to host their own live sessions and masterminds. While it is supported by the Real Academy team, it is designed to be agent-led and flexible. This platform empowers agents to give back, grow forward, and create an impact through collaboration. Whether you’re here to teach, learn, or both, we’re glad you're part of it.
Inside One Real Community, you can:
- Join a mastermind with like-minded agents.
- Find your niche and explore topics you want to know more about.
- Learn in real time from peers across the Real network.
How is a Mastermind different from a Masterclass?
Here’s the difference:
- Masterminds are entirely your own. They are live sessions, usually happening weekly or monthly at the host's discretion. You set the topic, schedule it, run it, and promote it. Found on the ORC space, masterminds are open for everyone to join and are not eligible for Cultural Stock. If you want flexibility and control, they are a great way to build your brand and lead informal discussions.
- Masterclasses are official content. They're reviewed, supported, and published by the Academy Team. They can be found on Real Academy, are open to Real agents, and require specific standards. Masterclasses are part of the Cultural Stock program. If you want visibility, credibility, and stock, Masterclasses are the way to go.
How do I host a Mastermind?
If you want to run your own Mastermind, just reach out to the Real Academy Team. They’ll help you get it listed on community.onereal.com. You set the topic, time, and format—you’re fully in control. Our suggestion is to start with a mastermind inside of One Real Community to build your audience, and then launch a masterclass.
