Yes, you may submit a request for a stop payment on an ACH transaction that has been initiated. Please be advised that there is a time constraint associated with this kind requests; therefore, it is important that you submit your request at the earliest opportunity.
An ACH transaction typically requires 1-3 days for processing. Contacting us within the first 24 hours will enable the Support team to address your request. Taking into account for banking hours, you may have additional time if the ACH was initiated over the weekend, however, this is not a guarantee.
