Overview
You can transfer funds via ACH from your Business Checking Account(s) at any time. While most transfers process within 1 business day, it may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Your first transfer might take longer—especially larger transactions—as the receiving bank may review the transfer before accepting.
Note: When setting up an external transfer, be sure to use your bank’s ACH routing number, not the wire routing number. Using the wrong routing number may cause your transfer to fail or be delayed.

Desktop Instructions
- Log in and open reZEN
- Navigate to Wallet
- On the right-hand side, click Send Money on the account card
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your transfer
App Instructions
- Open the reZEN mobile app
- Tap Wallet
- Tap Accounts
- Select Send Money
- Choose Add New or select an existing recipient
- Follow the prompts to complete your transfer
Transferring Between Your Own Accounts
If you're transferring funds between two accounts under your name or business account, the process is exactly the same as above.
Open the account you want to send funds from and then input the recipient info with your other account information when prompted, and follow the same steps listed for either desktop or app. The good news is that because the money is not leaving one bank and going to another the transfer is much faster and easier.
