Once you’ve sent the touring agreement the recipient will receive an email with a link to sign the document. Then, the recipient can click Review and Sign to sign the document.
The recipient will be directed to this landing page where they can learn more about what a touring agreement is before signing, and then click Next to move to the next step.
Next, the recipient will fill in their email and password to create an account for onereal.com. Then click Create Account.
If the recipient is buying in a state where the One Real Mortgage promotion is available, the recipient will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from One Real Mortgage and qualify for up to $2,500 off closing costs. If they do not want to opt in, they can simply click Proceed.
If the recipient opts in, they will need to consent to receive calls and texts from One Real Mortgage. Then, they can click Proceed.
Once the recipient clicks Proceed, they will be directed to Real Signature to sign the touring agreement. The recipient can click the Buyer Signature box to add their signature and sign date.
Finally, the recipient will receive a notification that their document has been signed and submitted. They can click View Signed Agreement to view the executed document.
