Sending a non-exclusive touring agreement to your buyer(s) is super easy! You can send the documents through Real Signature for an easy signing experience by following the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Real Signature and select Real Agreements. Here, you can view any touring agreements you’ve already sent by clicking Sent Documents, or send a new touring agreement by clicking Brokerage Documents.
Step 2: To send a new touring agreement, click Brokerage Documents. The touring agreement for the state(s) in which you are licensed will appear. From here, you can click the paper plane icon to send the document to your buyer(s).
If you’d like to print the document instead, you can click the Download button to download a PDF to your computer.
Step 3: Enter the buyer’s first and last name, email, and phone number. If you are sending the agreement to multiple recipients, click + Add Another Recipient and enter their contact information. Once you have added all recipients, click Generate Agreement.
Step 4: Fill in the appropriate information at the top of the document. Then click the Agent Signature box to add your signature and signed date to the document. Then click Send to send the document to the recipients for signature!
That’s it! Now the recipients will receive an email where they can sign the touring agreement!
