ProTeams has features to control who on your team can edit and approve transactions. When setting up your team, you have two options::
- The Commission Document Approver determines who can approve and send the commission calculation (required to generate a Commission Disbursement Agreement for closing).
- You can choose the following options:
- Team Leader
- Team Leader and Admins
- Any Team Member
- Teams typically select Team Leader and Team Admins so all splits are reviewed prior to closing.
- If you select Team Leader or Team Leader and Admins, make sure you review your teams’ transactions in a timely manner - you will need to approve the commission calculation prior to closing.
- You can choose the following options:
- The Permitted Transaction Editors determines who can edit the financial terms of your deals.
- This includes:
- Sales Price
- Commission Splits amongst team members
- Additional Fees & Rebates
- Once again, you can choose the following options:
- Team Leader
- Team Leader and Admins
- Any Team Member
- Teams typically select Any Team Members so team members can easily update deal terms in real time.
- When you allow your team members to edit their deals, they will have flexibility to change the financial components of the deal (including split amounts). Make sure you review all amounts before approving.
- If a term is changed after initially approving the commission calculation, the commission will need to be reapproved prior to closing.
