ProTeams: How to Adjust the Default Real Split Paid by Team Leader

Team Leads / Admins Only

If you are a Team Leader and want to pay part of the Real Split for your Team Members, you can adjust the % you cover here. If you aren't sure about doing this, please see: ProTeams: What happens if a Team Leader covers the Split to Real?

• If you cover 0% of the split, the team member will pay the 15% Real Split in addition to the Team Split (Leader's Split)
• If you cover 100% of the split, the team member will only pay the Team Split (Leader's Split). Their portion of the Real Split will still count toward their cap progress, but will be paid by you. 

How to change: 

• Login to reZEN and click My Team on the left side - this will show you a list of everyone on your team. 

• Click the edit (pencil icon) next to the agent whose split you want to edit. 

• On the first tab (Leader Fees), you can edit the amount the team member pays to the team lead on each deal by changing the value in Leader's Split. 
  • If you have two or more team leaders, make sure you allocate the amount across all leaders (scroll down to see the configuration for additional leaders).  
  • For Example: if your team members pay 25% to two team leads, enter 12.5% for each team leader. 
• If you (Team Leader) cover a portion of the split for your team, you can also enter that portion here. 
  • Example: if you pay the team split for your team, enter 100% here. 
• If you have two or more team leaders, make sure you scroll down and allocate the amount covered by each team leader accordingly. 
  • Example: If the team leaders pay 100% of the Team Members’ Split to Real, enter 50% for Team Member A and 50% for Team Member B.
