ProTeams: How to add a fixed/flat fee to team members

Team Leads / Admins Only

If you charge a fixed fee per transaction, you can add it to your Team Roster in reZEN. There are two fee options available:

• Team Pre-Cap Fee: this is a per transaction fee that will be charged before the agent caps. 
• Team Post Cap Fee: this is a per transaction fee that will be charged after the agent caps. 

How to update the fee: 

• Login to reZEN and click My Team on the left side - this will show you a list of everyone on your team. 

• Click the edit (pencil icon) next to the agent whose split you want to edit. 

• Click Next, then Next until you get to the Team Fees section. Adjust the fees accordingly, then click Update.
