What name should be listed on incoming checks?

All checks need to be made payable to Real's legal entity name in your state. 

Brokers should direct agents with questions to their State Office page in Rezen to locate the Banking Information. In the Banking Information section agents will find the entity that the checks need to be made payable to. 

Note: Pay close attention to the 'Payable To' entity. This can be different in each state. 

In the event that a DBA name needs to be listed on the check, include Real Broker LLC DBA in the 'Pay To' line to ensure that you are in compliance and that the check will not get rejected.
