What name do I list on my contracts?

Real Broker LLC/Real Broker Entity DBA "TEAM NAME" should be used on all contract to ensure that you are in compliance. 

• Example: Real Broker LLC DBA Amber Fulcher Realty OR Amber Fulcher Realty a DBA of Real Broker LLC
• Real's legal entity will vary by state

Unsure of which entity to list - Brokers should direct agents with questions on which entity to use to their State Office page in reZEN to locate the Payable To entity. In the Banking Information/Commission Account section agents will find the entity that the should be listed on these documents.

Note: Pay close attention to the 'Payable To' entity. This can be different in each state and is the entity that should be used on all contracts.
