What name do I list on my contracts?

Real Broker LLC/Real Broker Entity DBA "TEAM NAME" should be used on all contract to ensure that you are in compliance. 

• Example: Real Broker LLC DBA Amber Fulcher Realty OR Amber Fulcher Realty a DBA of Real Broker LLC

Unsure of which entity to list - Brokers should direct agents with questions on which entity to use to their State Office page in reZEN to locate the Banking Information. In the Banking Information section agents will find the entity that the should be listed on these documents.

Note: Pay close attention to the 'Payable To' entity. This can be different in each state and is the entity that should be used on all contracts.
