How do I access the Directory?

Click Directory on the left side of reZEN. Here, you can see a list of contacts you previously worked with and their key contact information. 

Contacts with a green checkmark are verified by Real and can be used by you and other agents to streamline the deal process. Click Real Verified at the top to filter for verified contacts only. 

You can search through your Directory using the search bar at the top.
