How do I add someone to Directory?

You can add a contact directly in Directory - or when you are entering a deal in reZEN. 

Add Contact Directly in Directory:

Click + Add Contact to add someone to the Directory - and save time later. 

Add Contact to Directory - while entering a deal:

Save time for future you - when you are entering a deal in the system click + Add to My Directory to add the contact information in your Directory. This will allow you to save their information and add it to the deal in one click moving forward. 

Regardless of how you start the process, once you click + Add Contact / + Add to My Directory, a modal will open to enter the contact information. 

• Start by selecting the role. 

• Enter the contact information

• If this is a business (title / Escrow / Closing), enter the business information, including the EIN and upload the W9. This will save you time in the future - instead of uploading the W9 every time, you can do this once and save time. 

Once added, your new contact will appear in the Directory. Once Real verifies the contact, they will receive the green check mark.
