What is it?

Real Military Division is a specified group of Real agents that are on Active duty, Veterans, Veteran Spouses and agents that have military specific businesses(passionate patriots) that serve the greater military community. This includes education, referrals, relocation assistance and other benefits exclusive to the US and Canadian military members and their families.  

November 12, 2024: Skillbridge Program

Real is currently working through a process for the Skillbridge program. We will follow up when we have more details to share. 

• This is a partnership with the Department of Defense (DOD), where the DOD will pay a portion of the agent's salary while they get licensed. 
• Real Military will open up Real Academy to Military members to get access to courses so they can study for their license.
• The DOD mandates a certain number of hours of learning / training required to be paid through the Skillbridge Program.
