Does Real have a Military division?

Yes! In May 2023, Real announced the establishment of our Military division, the company’s first affiliate group, with the goal of providing targeted resources, education, and a community where Veterans, their families, and those committed to supporting military service can grow and thrive in their careers. So many of you have reached out about this exciting opportunity, and we’re thrilled to announce that this group is now accepting applications for membership!

How do I apply?

Applicants who are current Real agents in good standing are asked to complete the form on the Military Division website. Priority will be given to Active Duty, Military Spouses, Veterans, and Passionate Patriots who have demonstrated a commitment to Military support in their areas.
The team will review each application to ensure a fair selection process. Due to the volume of applications, it may take up to 10 business days to receive an acceptance. However, every application is important, and the team is committed to giving each one the attention it deserves.

Is there a deadline to apply?

There is no deadline to apply. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and those who are not currently eligible are invited to gain additional training and/or experience and apply in the future.
