Real’s ProTeams solution allows for extreme flexibility in the business model at the team level where splits, caps, and fees can be configured on a per agent basis with reporting and reconciliation all the way to the CDA level.
As a reminder, these are the details regarding a ProTeam:
- Minimum of 2 licensed agents
- Minimum of $5 Million in Closed Sales Volume during the prior 12 months
- Minimum Team Split of 10% to the Team Leader on each deal
- The Team Leader has a $12,000 Cap
- Each Team Member is eligible for a $6,000 Cap or $12,000 Cap
(if minimum Closed Sales Volume exceeds $100 Million during the prior 12 months, Team Members are also eligible for a $4,000 Cap) - All agents are Revenue Share eligible
- All agents with a $12,000 Cap are eligible for Elite Agent status
- Team Member with a $4,000 Cap or $6,000 Cap are eligible for Individual Agent Production Awards
