Per our ICA (Section 19.1.3 Property Management):
An Agent may not and shall not perform property management activities on behalf of a client. “Property management” is the management of another person’s real property, including, but not limited to, running background checks, selecting tenants, rent collection, or scheduling maintenance and repairs. Further, an Agent may not be employed by a property management company. An Agent may, where permissible by state licensing laws, manage Agent’s own personal properties.
