Per our ICA, (Section 19.1.4 Real Estate Development and Construction Activities):
An Agent may not conduct activities around the construction of a real estate development. In addition, an Agent may not engage in construction activities, including, but not limited to, new construction or remodeling projects, or rehabilitation of real property and flipping, without prior written consent of the Company through an addendum to the Agreement.

All Development and Construction Activities must be conducted under a separate corporate entity from the Agent's personal name - and may not be affiliated with the Agent's Individual License. The Corporate Entity must have its own insurance policies with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 with the Corporate Entity named on the policy.
Please provide the name of the Corporate Entity in your request. If approved, Onboarding will send you a Development and Construction addendum to sign.
