To use Leo:
Login to reZEN.
Click Ask Leo and type a question in the box and click Enter. Leo will share answers in the right side. You can click on any of the hyperlinks to get additional information.
Leo can also share information from your profile - for example, ask Leo if you are capped and Leo will pull information from your profile.
If Leo cannot answer your question, it will prompt you to create a support ticket where a member of our Agent Experience Support team can work with you to answer your question or resolve your issue.
