How to extend a listing

If your listing is about to expire, please make sure to:

1. Work with the seller to extend the listing agreement
2. Extend the listing agreement in reZEN
3. Upload any necessary addendums to your listing
4. Make sure to update the MLS & any customer-facing websites with the new listing date.

Here are the detailed steps to extend the listing in reZEN:

Step 1: Login to reZEN. Click My Listings on the left side. 

PRO TIP: You can see the expiration dates for all your listings here.

Step 2: Click Edit Listing. This will open a module on the right to update the expiration date. 

Step 3: Click Edit Deal Information then click the Expiration Date section to select the new expiration date from the date selector. Then, click Save. You will return to the listing overview page where you will notice the updated listing expiration date. 

Step 4: Click Checklist on the listing. Scroll down to find the correct checklist item to upload your listing amendment.
