If you are on a ProTeam, all reduced Cap Team Members who have met their Cap to Real will benefit from the lower Elite Agent Post Cap Transaction Fee of $100 US / $150 CAD (or 15%, whichever is less) once the Team Lead hits Elite Agent status.
If you are on a Marketing Group or ProTeam, all $12,000 Full Cap Team Members who have met their Cap to Real will only be reduced to the lower Elite Agent Post Cap Transaction Fee (or 15%, whichever is less) once they individually hit Elite Agent status. This allows $12,000 Cap agents (on a team or not) to still contribute the full $285 Post Cap Transaction Fee in order to personally achieve Elite Status.
NOTE: If this is your Capping Transaction, you will pay a minimum of $100 US/$150 CAD. If your cap is less than $100 US/ $150 CAD, you will see amounts in both your Real Split and Transaction Fee, and they will equal $100 US/$150 CAD.
