Joining, Leaving or Changing Teams

INDIVIDUAL AGENT JOINING A TEAM:

• An individual agent may join a team any time after joining Real as long as they have NOT reached their annual cap amount of $12K or bypassed the team's annual cap amount of $6K standard team or $4K platinum team.
• If an agent has reached their annual cap amount of $12K or bypassed the team's annual cap amount of $6K standard team or $4K platinum team, they must wait until their anniversary cap reset date before they will be able to join the team.

TEAM MEMBER LEAVING A TEAM:

• A team member may leave a team at any time after joining.
• If a team member has reached their annual cap amount of $6K standard team or $4K platinum team, they will be placed on a holding team where they will keep their team cap until their anniversary date.  On their Anniversary Date, the agent will be removed from the holding team and will become an independent agent with a $12K cap.

TEAM MEMBER MOVING TO A DIFFERENT TEAM:

• A team member may move from one team to another team at any time as long as they are moving to a team with the same cap amount as the team they are leaving:
  • • Standard team member at $6K cap moving to another standard team with a $6K cap.
    • Platinum team member at $4K cap moving to another platinum team with a $4K cap.
• If a team member wishes to move from a standard $6K team to a platinum $4K team, they may do so if they have not bypassed the platinum $4K cap amount.
• If a team member wishes to move from a standard $6K team to a platinum $4K team and they have bypassed the platinum team's cap amount of $4K, they must wait until their anniversary cap reset date before they will be able to change teams.
• If a team member wishes to move from a platinum $4K team to a standard $6K team, they may do so at any time as long as they have NOT passed their $4K cap amount.
• If a team member wishes to move from a platinum $4K team to a standard $6K team and they have reached their $4K cap amount, they must wait until their anniversary cap reset date before they will be able to change teams.
