INDIVIDUAL AGENT JOINING A TEAM:
- An individual agent may join a Team any time after joining Real.
- If an agent has reached their annual Cap to Real of $12,000 or bypassed the Team's reduced Team Member Cap to Real of $6,000 or $4,000 (depending on what the Team qualifies for), the agent may be added to the Team but must wait until their anniversary Cap reset date to reduce their Cap to be the reduced Team Member Cap of $6,000 or $4,000.
TEAM MEMBER LEAVING A TEAM:
- A Team Member may leave a Team at any time after joining.
- If a Team Member has reached their annual Cap amount of $6,000 or $4,000 (depending on what the Team qualifies for), they will be placed on a holding team where they will keep their reduced Team Cap until their anniversary Cap reset date. On their Anniversary Cap Reset Date, the agent will be removed from the holding team and will become an individual agent with a $12,000 Cap.
TEAM MEMBER MOVING TO A DIFFERENT TEAM:

Team with a $6,000/$4,000 Cap Moving to another Team with Same Cap
- A Team Member may move from one Team to another Team at any time if they are moving to a Team with the same Cap amount as the Team they are leaving:
- For example, a Team Member with a reduced Cap of $6,000 may move to another Team that has a $6,000 Cap available.
- A Team Member may move from one Team to another Team at any time if they are moving to a Team with the same Cap amount as the Team they are leaving:

Team with a $6,000 Cap Moving to another Team with $4,000 Cap
- If a Team Member wishes to move from a Team with a $6,000 Cap to a Team with a $4,000 Cap, and they have not passed the $4,000 Cap, we can easily make this transition.
- If a Team Member wishes to move from a Team with a $6,000 to a Team with a $4,000 Cap and they have bypassed the $4,000 Cap, they may be added to the Team but must wait until their anniversary Cap reset date before they will be able to reduce their Cap to the $4,000 amount.

Team with a $4,000 Cap Moving to another Team with $6,000 Cap
- If a Team Member wishes to move from a Team with a $4,000 Cap to a Team with a $6,000 Cap, and they have not already Capped at the $4,000 Cap, we can easily make this transition.
- If a Team Member wishes to move from a Team with a $4,000 Cap to a Team with a $6,000 Cap and they have reached their $4,000 Cap amount, please contact the Teams' Team for approval to move.
