What is ReadyConnect Concierge (formerly Opcity)?

ReadyConnect Concierge (previously called Opcity) is a lead generation partner. They will make calls and qualify buyers or sellers for agents.

• Free to join.
• Only charged when a deal closes - they don't make money unless you do.
• Fee varies from 30% to 38% of the earned commission. 
   

How do I get ReadyConnect Concierge?

At this time, ReadyConnect Concierge (formerly Opcity) is not accepting any new agents to the program through Real as lead flow is low. We do not have an ETA at this time for when they will start welcoming new agents again. 

If you previously used Opcity (ReadyConnect Concierge) at a previous brokerage, please contact Real Support to transfer your account. They can be contacted through LEO and ROAR directly from your reZEN account online through the mobile app on your phone.
