What is RISE Remote?
RISE Remote is a live virtual ticket option that allows you to experience the energy, insights, and conversations of RISE from anywhere in the world.
Broadcast live on Pacific Time (PT) on October 20 and 21 (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PT daily), RISE Remote provides a continuous livestream that includes live access to the main RISE General Session, exclusive RISE Remote content, behind-the-scenes access, special guest conversations, and more.

How much is a RISE Remote ticket? What is included?
There are two types of tickets:
LIVE Access — $199
- Watch RISE live on October 20-21.
- Access all livestreamed General Sessions and exclusive virtual programming.
LIVE + Replay Access — $249
- Available exclusively to Real agents.
- Everything included in the LIVE Access ticket.
- On-demand replay access through Real Academy after the event.
- Revisit key sessions and learn at your own pace.

Is RISE Remote open to agents from other brokerages?
Yes! Agents from all brokerages are welcome to join RISE Remote. Please note that replay access is available exclusively to Real agents who purchase a Replay Access ticket.
Can I cancel my virtual ticket?
All virtual tickets for RISE 2026 are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my virtual ticket?
All virtual tickets for RISE 2026 are non-transferable.
Can I share my livestream link with my team?
No. Livestream access is unique to each registrant and limited to one active browser or device at a time. If someone else tries to use your link while you're watching, it will automatically kick you off the stream. Everyone must have their own registration to access the program.
My connection to the RISE livestream isn't working. What do I do?
If your connection is slow or things are timing out and not loading, please try addressing the issue by disabling any VPN that you are running. If the problem persists, please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com.
The output device I want to use to watch the RISE livestream isn't showing up - how can I fix this?
First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and reconnecting your physical headphones or toggling Bluetooth on and off.
If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change the output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices. If the problem persists, please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com.
My devices are connected properly for the RISE livestream, but I can't hear anything!
If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be being used by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session. If the problem persists, please reach out to events@therealbrokerage.com and share a screen shot of what you are experiencing so that our team can better assist you.
How do I find my link to the event?
Click on the Let’s Go button on the RISE Remote homepage, and log-in to access the live session.
