How do I change my name in reZEN?

We are required to have your profile set up under your legal name as it is shown on your Real Estate License. 

However, you have the option to change your Display Name in reZEN, and it's very simple for you to complete. See How to Update Your Display Name below.

If you have legally changed your name or your state/province has approved a nickname, and you have updated your Real Estate License, you will need to fill out THIS FORM completely. 

Legal Name Change Form

  • Input your CURRENT First Name as seen in reZEN
  • Input your CURRENT Last Name as seen in reZEN
  • Birthday Date (this is required to help us validate your profile)
  • reZEN Business Phone # (this is required - it's a secondary method to validate your profile)
  • State or Province of your primary license
  • New Legal First Name (this is required and must match your license - if you only changed your last name, input your first name as it shows on your license. Any discrepancy will result in your request being declined.)
  • New Legal Middle Name (OPTIONAL. If it is not changing, you can leave this blank.)
  • New Legal Last Name (this is required and must match your license - if you only changed your first name, input your last name as it shows on your license. Any discrepancy will result in your request being declined.)
  • Description - type in Legal Name Change
  • Upload a copy of your updated license showing your name change
    • If this is not submitted, your request will be declined
    • The name on your license must match the New Name fields on your form

    • Middle names are not required in reZEN, so you do not have to include them on the form, even if it's on your license

    • When you submit the form, you will see a message saying the form was not submitted and that you will need to verify your email address. You will need to go to your email and make that verification for the form to be submitted for completion. 

How to Update Your Display Name 

  • Log in to your reZEN account.
  • Click on My Dashboard and then click on Profile:

 

  • Click on Edit Profile:

  • Change your Display Name and then click Save:
