Our Production Recognition program is designed to celebrate the agents and teams who are driving meaningful results across the U.S. and Canada. Whether you're building momentum or setting new benchmarks, we believe in shining a light on the work behind the numbers... and the people behind the work.
How Recognition Works
We recognize top-performing individuals and ProTeams on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, creating more consistent visibility into performance across the business. For 2026 and beyond, we have aligned our eligibility criteria with RealTrends, and recognize the top producers across Volume and Units, segmented into Individual Agents and ProTeams by size:

How to Qualify
To ensure consistency and integrity across the industry, our recognition criteria are aligned with RealTrends eligibility criteria:

| Closings for the previous month/quarter/year processed in reZEN by the 7th of the current month/quarter/year will be included. Anything processed on the 8th or later are ineligible for results. | For agent-level recognition, any production that is attributed to a ProTeam will be excluded. All agents on Marketing Groups will be eligible for Agent recognition as long as they are not also on a ProTeam. | Team recognition is based exclusively on ProTeams. Marketing Groups will no longer be reviewed for consideration for team production recognition. |
