To have your license renewal updated in reZEN, you must provide us with the proper documentation showing the new expiration date. Please fill out the LICENSE RENEWAL REQUEST FORM to include the following:
- Your first and your last names as they are seen in your reZEN profile (not your display name)
- reZEN Business Phone # (this helps us to validate your profile)
- Choose Updating Current License Expiration or Changing License # and Type from the dropdown.
- Input the new Expiration Date using the date picker.
- Choose the State or Province of the license you are updating.
- Input the license # as it is shown on your license and in reZEN.
- In the description, input License Renewal/Update.
- Under attachments, upload one single attachment of your Updated Real Estate License, OR a copy of the digital license, OR, if your state or province does not provide a license, a screenshot from the Real Estate Commission showing that your license has been updated. This can be a PDF or an image file such as JPG or PNG.

Please be sure that the image or PDF you provide shows the following:
- The State or Province you are licensed in
- Your Name (EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN reZEN. Do not include Middle Name)
- License # - Your license # on the form and in reZEN MUST match EXACTLY what is seen on your license to include letters, dashes, and dots. If reZEN is incorrect, we'll correct it this year so that in future updates, it will go through without the automation pushing it back - as long as you always submit the form with the license # EXACTLY as seen on your license.

When you submit the form, you will see a message saying the form was not submitted and that you will need to verify your email address. You will need to go to your email and make that verification for the form to be submitted for completion.
