Virtual cards are now available! Get access to your wallet account the moment your application is approved. Physical card lost or stole? No need to wait while for the replacement card to arrive your virtual card is ready to use!
The physical and virtual cards are two unique cards with their own number, CVV and expiration date.
Issue Virtual Card
- Open Wallet in reZEN
- App
- Click into your Accounts first
- Select the Business Account
- Click Issue Card
- Desktop
- Click into Wallet
- On the right hand side, under the Business Account
- Under your Business Account you will see "Get your virtual card now"
- Click Issue Card
- Next, set your PIN.
- Click on the three dots next to your new Virtual Card
- Select 'Manage PIN"
You will be prompted to enter a PIN
