Viewing Reserved Redemptions
Check your Rewards history to see:
- All reserved redemptions with transaction references
- Status level and rate locked in for each redemption
- Dollar value and point count for each reservation
Cancelling a Redemption
Before Approval for Closing:
- Navigate to your transaction Details tab
- Find your Payment Participant box with the active redemption
- Click "Cancel Rewards" and Confirm cancellation
- Points immediately return to your available balance
- Transaction will recalculate and may require a new Commission Document
After Approval for Closing:
- Redemptions cannot be cancelled once the transaction reaches this state
- Points will be redeemed at closing
What Happens at Closing
When your transaction closes:
- Reserved points automatically convert to Redeemed status
- The dollar value reduces your total payment to Real
- Your net payout increases by the exact redemption amount
- The redemption appears in your Rewards history as “Redeemed”
- Points are permanently deducted from your available balance
