Accessing Your Capital
To borrow from your Real Wallet capital, log in to reZEN and go to your Wallet tab. If you are eligible you will see an amount you are pre-approved for.
How to Borrow
- Click Apply to Borrow to begin.
- Select the Loan Amount you'd like to borrow:
- Minimum amounts vary by state.
- The maximum amount depends on your eligibility.
- Click Next Steps
- Review and Sign the your Loan Agreement
- Loan Details:
- You will see the final amount disbursed to you.
- There is an Origination Fee of 1.5% of the borrowed amount.
We will review your application within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email, and the funds will be processed directly into your Real Wallet Business Checking Account.
Loan Terms at a Glance
- Loan Duration: 12 Months
- Interest Rate: 12%
- Minimum Monthly Payment (The greater of):
- Calculated as 2% of the outstanding balance at the end of the previous month or $50, whichever is greater.
- They are due by the 10th of each month.
- An agent has 15 days from the Due Date to pay the minimum payment to avoid the Late Fee.
- Automatic Repayment from Payouts:
- We’ll automatically deduct 25% from your net commission and 15% from your RevShare earning(s) to repay your Capital loan.
- We’ll continue these deductions until your loan is fully repaid.
- These repayments will be over and above the monthly minimum payments due.
- If your Real Wallet Capital balance is less than 25% of your next commission payout then it will only take the remaining balance due.
Want to take out additional funds?
If you have additional funds that you would like to take out or more has become available you can do so at any time.
Simply follow the steps above to refinance your loan. When you refinance, you’ll get part of your original origination fee back. We credit you 1/12 of that fee for each remaining month on your loan.
Real Wallet Capital is a business loan product offered by either Real Broker Financial, LLC or Real Broker Lending, LLC depending on your state, and the lender for your loan will be identified in your loan agreement. Loans are available only in select states and require an active Real Wallet Business Checking Account and single-check commission payments. Loans are for business purposes only and may not be used for consumer or household purposes. Pre-approval and the potential loan amount are determined based on your business history and financial performance with The Real Brokerage. Pre-approval is not a guaranteed offer of credit. Final approval is subject to eligibility verification, underwriting, and review of account status, including outstanding advances and brokerage debts. Repayment terms include monthly payments of 2% of the outstanding balance plus variable payments tied to commission and revenue share income. For approved loans, same-day funding is generally available for applications submitted before 3:00 p.m. ET on business days; funding times may vary and are not guaranteed. Pre-qualification for Real Wallet Capital is evaluated periodically (typically weekly). Log in to reZEN to confirm current pre-approval status. All loans are subject to applicable laws and the terms of your loan agreement.
