Your Real Estate Board or MLS Membership has been deactivated:
- If you have unpaid dues or required CE/Continuing Education classes with your Real Estate Board or MLS - your membership may have been terminated with your Real Estate Board/MLS

Real is required to terminate your license if your Real Estate Board or MLS membership has been deactivated - due to compliance purposes

Your Real Estate License has been deactivated:
- If you have unpaid dues or required CE/Continuing Education classes with your state Real Estate Commission - then your Real Estate license may have been deactivated with your Real Estate Commission

Real is required to terminate your license with Real if your Real Estate license has been deactivated with the state Real Estate Commission - due to compliance purposes

Your Team Leader or State Broker submitted a request for Offboarding
- Or you may have notified Real and requested to be Offboarded

For Board of Realtors/MLS payment or CE class compliance issues:
Please resolve your payment or class compliance requirements with your Board/MLS. Then contact the Support team and we can then help coordinate your license reactivation at Real.

For Real Estate Commission license dues or CE class terminations:
Please resolve your dues or class compliance requirements with your Real Estate Commission. Then contact the Support team and we can then help coordinate your license reactivation at Real.

The Support team will coordinate with the Onboarding, Enablement, and internal teams to help you get your License reactivated

Once your license is reactivated with Real:

If your license was reactivated within 365 days of termination: Your profile and your network will be able to be restored
- This means you will be reactivated as a Sponsor for the agents in your network
- You will also be able to receive Revenue Share after your license is reactivated, if you are listed as a "Producing" agent in reZEN

Please keep in mind, you will not be able to receive revenue share during the time period when your license was terminated and your profile was deactivated in our system

If your license was reactivated after 365 days of termination: We will set up a new profile for you in the reZEN
- Your network will not be able to be restored
- You will have the ability to rebuild your network with new agent Sponsorships, however your prior sponsorships will be deactivated

If your license was reactivated within 365 days of termination: Your profile and your network will be able to be restored
