What qualifies me for Elite Agent status?
To hit Elite, you need to meet one of the following:
- Post Cap Transaction Fees: Pay the $12,000 US or $15,000 CAD annual cap and earn an additional $6,000 US or $9,000 CAD in post-cap fees
- GCI route: Earn $500,000 in Gross Commission Income and complete 10 transactions over $1M each
To count toward Elite, an agent must receive 50% or more of the gross commission on transactions over $1M. If an agent receives less than 50% of the gross commission, the transaction does not qualify for Elite status.
How do I earn the Cultural Stock Award?
The Elite Cultural Award recognizes agents for their contributions to building and enriching the Real Community. The Cultural Stock Award is up to $8,000 in Real Stock. To earn the Cultural Stock Award, you need to qualify as an Elite Agent and then complete a qualifying cultural contribution.
There are Two Ways to Qualify for the Cultural Stock Award
Earning the Cultural Award By Hosting Community Building Events
You are eligible for the Cultural Stock Award by hosting a pre-approved event.
Events must:
- Be approved by Real Leadership before the event takes place
- Attribute building culture and community for Real Brokerage
- Be held monthly for smaller events (under 100 attendees)
- Be held quarterly or biannually for larger events if pre-approved (100+ attendees)
- Be open to all agents
Submitting Your Community Event for Approval
To get started, please complete the Elite Agent Cultural Award Community Contribution Application. Applications are reviewed during the last week of each month and decision emails are sent to the agent prior to the last day of the month.
Submitting Your Completed Event
Once you’ve received approval and held your event, please complete the Elite Agent Cultural Award Event Submission form.
Once received by Real, Award approval is submitted by the last day of the month in which you submitted the Event Submission Form.
