I hit Elite Agent, what's next?

As soon as you hit Elite Agent, you will notice the new, lower transaction fee appear on all of your transactions. Note: if you had transactions in progress, the transaction fees will be adjusted when we close your file and you will see the Elite Agent transaction fee replace the previous transaction fee. 

At the beginning of the next month (after you hit Elite Agent Status), you will receive a Congratulatory email from Real with next steps, including how to order your Elite Agent Jacket. We will also reach out to ask for your photo to be recognized on our Social Channels.

We will announce your Elite Agent Status publicly in the following month. 

Example:

• November 26th: You hit Elite agent November 26th
• Mid December: You will receive an email in by December 15th.
• January: We will announce your Elite Agent Status at Real Connect and on our Social Channels
