I hit Elite Agent, what's next?

As soon as you hit Elite Agent, you will notice the new, lower transaction fee appear on all of your transactions. Note: if you had transactions in progress, the transaction fees will be adjusted when we close your file and you will see the Elite Agent transaction fee replace the previous transaction fee. 

At the beginning of the next month (after you hit Elite Agent Status), you will receive a Congratulatory email from Real with next steps, including how to order your Elite Agent Jacket, and Social Media Sharables to announce your accomplishment! We will also reach out to ask for your photo to be recognized on our Social Channels.

Make sure your headshot in reZEN is high resolution and up to date—we’ll use it to celebrate your achievement on social media!

How to Update Your Headshot:
1. Log into reZEN and go to your profile.
2. Click Edit, then select the camera icon next to your current headshot.
3. Upload your new photo and click Save.

We will announce your Elite Agent Status publicly the following month. 

Timeline Example:

• November 26th: You hit Elite agent November 26th
• Mid December: You will receive an email confirming your Elite Status by December 15th.
• ~December 15th: You will receive your stock award in your Shareworks account.
• January: We will announce your Elite Agent Status at Real Connect and on our Social Channels
