Mailed Cheque Payments
Mailed cheque payments may take time to arrive via postal service, which can cause a delay in them appearing in your reZEN account. The cheque can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at our office. Your reZEN account will be updated once the payment is received.
Mobile Cheque Deposit Repayments
Once the file is successfully uploaded in reZEN, the repayment will reflect within the Wallet section of your reZEN account with a ‘Pending’ status. After two business days, the payment should post successfully in your reZEN account.
Status of Payment
If you’ve mailed your cheque and your account has not yet been updated, please allow up to 10 business days for the cheque to arrive at our offices. If 10 business days have passed since you’ve mailed your payment or your mobile cheque deposit repayment is not reflecting in your reZEN account or is still in a ‘Pending’ status after two business days have passed, please email the Wallet Support Team at wallet@therealbrokerage.com to check the status of your payment.
Tips for Accurate and Timely Payment Posting
To help ensure your cheque payment is processed without delay:
- Include your return address on the envelope of your mailed payment.
- If your cheque does not list your name, add it in the Notes section so we can identify and apply the payment to your account.
- Always sign and date your cheque before uploading or mailing.
