Where can I find my old messages from Workplace in Workvivo?

All of your private messages and group messages from Workplace will transfer to Workvivo.  To access your previous messages from Workplace, simply click the Workplace Chat History tab in the left side navigation bar.  You can search for previous conversations or select the person/group whose messages you want to see.

Note: Although all of your old messages will migrate from Workplace to Workvivo, you will need to start a new chat in order to continue the conversation.  You will not be able to continue the conversation from the Workplace Chat History tab.

To start a new chat, click the Chat tab, and then the + symbol.  Then select the person/people you want to chat with and send your message!
